This scenario reads like a destitute family from the great depression of the 1930s. It is pathetic that this grown adult with her two children were unable to provide some sort of income to pay for 1.75 worth of eggs. So what happens? Here is the ‘old’ woman in the shoe scenario packaged as an elderly damsel in distress as a cause to make people feel good and supplant the abject culture that warranted this condition in the first place!

It is really irritating that people invoke GOD in this scenario. I suppose GOD then gave this woman and her children the utterance to have children that they could not afford because, ‘God will provide’!
